Manager Position
We are looking for an empathetic and experienced Manager to lead our team at Gympie Car Detailing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Management, Sales or Business Development, a commitment to inclusivity, and a passion for the automotive industry. As the Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive sales, promote community engagement and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service while promoting an inclusive workplace for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of the car detailing business with a focus on inclusivity
-Manage & train a diverse team, ensuring all staff feel valued and supported
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Work closely with Floor Supervisor to maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting
- Promote services and drive sales through marketing initiatives
- Participate in regular community engagement and business development
- Represent the company at promotional events 
- Ensure compliance with work health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in a retail, sales or service environment, preferably in the automotive industry but not essential
- Proven sales record
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on inclusivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic financial acumen and experience with budgeting
- Valid driver's license
